How do I get support after signup?
Logged-in users can request support inside the builder. General and billing questions can be sent from this page.
Can WindWalker help finish my first website?
Yes. During beta, we review early customer sites and help complete the first working version when needed.
Where do I send affiliate or JVZoo questions?
Use the form and select Partnership. Include your JVZoo account or campaign context if available.
How do I connect my own domain?
Open Domain settings in the builder and enter the exact domain visitors should use, for example www.example.com. WindWalker will show the DNS record to add.
At your domain provider, open DNS or Manage DNS, add the shown CNAME record, then wait for DNS and SSL activation. It often finishes within minutes, but some providers can take up to 48 hours.
Provider screens differ. Official examples: Cloudflare DNS records, GoDaddy DNS records.
Do you offer phone support?
No. Email support and in-product support are the default channels because customers use WindWalker across time zones.
